This season Derrick Rose has gone from an all-star level player to a superstar, in doing so The Chicago Bulls have risen to the top of the Eastern Conference ahead of teams like Boston, Miami, and Orlando. With averages of 24 points, 7 assists, and 4 rebounds, Rose is tearing up the opponent's defense. In a league where it seems like every great team has 2 to 3 all stars, Chicago has one lone star in Rose and a superb supporting cast all the more reason why Derrick Rose has my vote for MVP.
